Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at e-PlanSoft in Irvine, CA, Paula drives the company's mission and core values by providing day-to-day leadership and management. Her responsibilities include driving sales, profitability, and business goals and measuring and enhancing internal and external processes. Previously, as the Professional Services Director at e-PlanSoft, she oversaw business analysts, technical analysts, and project teams, excelling in project management, business analysis, configuration, and quality assurance.
