With a track record of building robust architecture and infrastructure, Scott has consistently demonstrated his expertise in guiding nascent engineering teams and ensuring successful project outcomes. His diverse skill set encompasses Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, GraphQL, REST, CI/CD, Elasticsearch, and others. His experience at industry giants like IBM and Akamai Technologies further underscores his capability to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Scott is also a recognized thought leader. He holds a B.S. in Cybernetics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and continued graduate study in Computer Science at the University of California, Davis, where he published several papers on dynamically evolvable distributed systems and type-safe dynamic Java classes.
