At e-PlanSoft™, we are proud to highlight the remarkable journey of Jorge Raya-Navarro, our first official employee, who has been with us since March 2011. His extraordinary journey of 13 years at e-PlanSoft™ is a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Jorge's career at e-PlanSoft™ spans various departments, highlighting his versatility and commitment. He has contributed significantly to product testing, development, user training, and project implementation. Jorge has been instrumental in customer service in recent years, showcasing his wide range of skills and adaptability. 

West-Coast Customer Support Lead/Manager 

As the West Coast Customer Support Lead/Manager, Jorge has been the backbone of our customer support, extending his expertise from the West Coast, through the Central States, to the East Coast of the US, and even Canada. 

Deep-rooted Client Relationships 

Jorge's long-term associations with some of our biggest clients, like HCAI (since 2015), the City of Irvine (since 2015), and the City of San Diego (since 2019), speak volumes of his ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. 

Software Support Across Iterations 

His extensive experience includes supporting clients across three different iterations of e-PlanSoft™ review software – EPR 2011, e-PlanCHECK, e-PlanREVIEW – and ancillary products like goPost.
