Lisa Lopez
Implementation Manager
Lisa Lopez is a highly skilled Project Manager who brings over 14 years of experience in project management, communication, system and unit testing, and customer training to her role. She has held various positions throughout her career, including Analyst, Accountant, and Project Manager, which has honed her project management skills to an expert level.
As a key member of the e-PlanSoft™ Professional Services Team, Lisa manages and implements e-PlanSoft products and coordinates integrations on government-specific projects. She also oversees project timelines, scheduling, client working sessions, and implementation meetings. Lisa provides application training, end-user support, and system configuration and acts as a liaison and main point of contact with customers through the full implementation project. She communicates status updates and requirements pertaining to implementations to ensure expectations are conveyed and met, and each stage and task has been scheduled appropriately.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Lisa is an avid collector of Stephen King books, particularly The Dark Tower series. She is also passionate about rescue dogs and currently has four, with the ultimate goal of owning a giant piece of land for an at-home shelter. In her spare time, she works on her house, reads, and watches movies, with a preference for slow-burn films.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and possesses a range of skills, including expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, JIRA Software, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Teams.
