Jorge is the Customer Support Manager and has extensive experience in providing technical and product support services for e-PlanSoft™, as well as previous experience in the building industry providing comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) support for complex engineering projects for federal, state, and local government agencies. Through his demonstrated communication skills, he works with clients through and post-product implementation, provides end-users training for e-PlanREVIEW software both on-site and online, and manages second-level technical support.
