FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: August 7, 2018 | Irvine, CA – e-PlanSoft™ announced today a change that will position the company for continued customer satisfaction and long-term growth. Effective immediately, e-PlanSoft’s veteran Sean Hooper, former Channel Partner Manager, will take on an additional and newly established role within the company as Account Manager with an emphasis in promoting the success of existing client  using e-PlanSoft products.

“Customer satisfaction is our top priority and through our growth comes the need to dedicate more resources toward retaining our current customers, while advocating the migration from our legacy solution to the new cloud based eplansoft REVIEW. We have established a key role to augment our sales and support team and Sean Hooper with his extensive product and market knowledge is well suited for the role,”  said e-PlanSoft’s Product Manager, Stacy Reno. “Sean is a tremendous asset to e-PlanSoft, driving significant gains across the board. His wealth of the industry and company experience, judgment and strategic vision are invaluable as we continue to lead e-PlanSoft™ into the future.”

Throughout Sean Hooper’s years of managerial business leadership with e-PlanSoft™, Sean has achieved unprecedented growth and produced outstanding results.  As the Account Manager, he was responsible for growing and supporting and reseller partnerships serving Civic agencies and the AEC industry. Sean will remain actively involved in key business matters with Channel Partners but also create a stronger relationship with all our customers and make them aware of the extensive set of features we offer beyond what they currently use.
