Marketing Coordinator

Position Description: e-PlanSoft is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who loves assisting in driving revenue and digging into new Go-To-Market challenges for the AEC Industry. Serving all segments of e-PlanSoft’s business, you will help to drive growth by assisting in programs and campaigns for all target market verticals to fuel our global expansion. You are a new or experienced growth marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and moves quickly to help build structure and processes. You will be comfortable in all aspects of marketing but more specifically: Lead Generation, Graphic Design, Social Media, Event Planning and Engagement, SalesForce administration, and the coordination of various other projects and RFX’s.

The ideal candidate must be a results-oriented marketer that gets things done- a roll up your sleeves type of person who is skilled and competent in both strategy and execution. The role will require a proven ability to effectively work and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, professional services, and operations, as well as external partners and vendors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and execute strategic marketing plans that align e-Plan solutions with target market drivers and incorporate various tactics, including various field / regional events, digital programs, and campaigns designed to contribute to annual pipeline goals and support sales achievement of revenue objectives.
  • Assist in building and execute on public and private sector marketing strategy- define, project manage and execute event program goals, messaging, tactics, audience generation/email campaigns, speaker plan, collateral, on-site execution, post-show leads processing & follow-up, and other logistics.
  • Assist in building, executing, and monitoring lead funnel management across all activities, and report program results to all stakeholders.
  • Work with your marketing team to manage the creation of various marketing content products that align to target market drivers, customer needs, and e-Plan solutions.
  • Assist and help coordinate RFXs and proposals
  • Assist with inventory, maintenance, and distribution of regional event properties, promotional items, and collateral for sales & field events. Including the coordination of the team(s) attending and their travel and lodging needs.
  • Work closely with strategic field alliances and technology partners to build joint marketing programs and execute co-branded tactics that support public and private sector strategy and annual revenue goals.
  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the website and landing pages.
  • Assist and help coordinate webinars, events, lunch and learns, and user conferences for each region.

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, bonus if it’s in Government, AEC, or Healthcare industries
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with building strategic marketing plans for high-performance federal sales organizations
  • Strong history of campaign, program, and event creation, management, and execution from start to finish, including predicting, measuring, and reporting of success metrics/business impact.
  • Ability to plan strategically on solo projects while also executing tactically
  • Ability to execute and research team projects you’re assigned to
  • Self-starter, great at research
  • 2+ years of experience marketing to US Federal, State & Local Government, or Education, Healthcare, AEC, and CIO audience.
  • Experience coordinating, planning, and co-marketing with the strategic reseller, distribution, and technology partners.
  • Budget Management to include all aspects of pre-event procurement and post-event reconciliation.
  • A proven track record of executing complex event programs with varied stakeholders, multiple product lines, and representing various cross teams within the organization.
  • Project management experience, including budgets, venue selection, vendor sourcing and management, project plan, event show flow, promotion and registration, content development, on-site management.
  • Master of multi-tasking, prioritization, and timelines
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems – Salesforce and Pardot, preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Some travel will be required in 2022

Proposal Manager

Who We Are: 

We are a small Applications IT company targeting city, county, and state agencies in the permitting, building, and planning process area. We are changing the way people collaborate on construction plan review projects. We’ve been around for more than ten years, winning contracts over our big-name competitors. Based in Irvine, California we are a small team of highly talented individuals.

The role will require a proven ability to effectively work and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, professional services, and operations, as well as external partners and vendors.

Proposal Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing team by leading the coordination and preparation of business proposals, presentations & interviews of all sizes, working directly with technical staff; may support large strategic pursuits, working under the guidance of senior Sales staff
  • Management of the overall RFP / RFQ process from inception to proposal submittal
  • Facilitate production and delivery of the finished product, while aligning with all RFP requirements
  • Ensure the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables
  • Coordinate/provide direction to graphic designers, marketing, and other support staff, independently coordinate with and collect information from teaming partners and sub-consultants
  • Prepare and ensure compliant and timely proposal deliverables by managing self and proposal team, and meeting client requirements
  • Thoroughly understand and apply knowledge of e-PlanSoft’s identity standards, structure, organization, business approach, and sales process
  • Employ and populate/update (as appropriate) business development-related tools and databases
  • Work directly with the Channel Partner and Regional Sales Managers throughout US and internationally to develop marketing materials, proposals, and other related matters
  • Work directly with Development and Professional Services department to coordinate requirements
  • Report to Marketing Director

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for getting things done and who wants to work with smart people but, most importantly, have fun building a company. Overall, that person must be honest, happy, humble, and outstanding –we call that the H3O person! You also meet most (if not more) of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in English, Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related major
  • Minimum five years of experience leading the proposal process from pre-positioning phases through interview and driving teams to develop compliant and competitive bids for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization on government proposals
  • Previous management experience in the software marketing for construction/government and A/E/C industry
  • Familiarity with the construction industry in order to contribute to go/no-go decisions and proposal efforts
  • Strong working knowledge of but not limited to: InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are required, Illustrator a plus
  • Printing and binding of proposals experience
  • Some experience with architectural plans and knowledge of the construction industry
  • Some experience with Software Applications and knowledge of IT industry
  • Knowledge of public sector/government construction design, review, and/or permitting processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
