Irvine, CA – September 15, 2016 e-PlanSoft™, the provider of Online Electronic Plan Review solutions, announces Clark County, NV is implementing e-PlanCheck® (EPC) integrated with the Accela Civic Platform for their complete electronic plan review solution. The implementation adds e-PlanSoft’s web-based plan review product, e-PlanCheck, as an integrated module to the County’s existing Permitting System, the Accela Civic Platform. This integrated solution will replace the standalone electronic plan review software currently utilized as Clark County continues to upgrade its technologies, modernizing operations and improving its ability to serve its citizens.
Clark County’s Building and Planning Dept. and its Plan Check Applicants will benefit from the integrated implementation of EPC by eliminating the cost to print, ship and store traditional paper plans. Applicants will be able to apply and pay for permits, and upload plan sets to be reviewed online through Clark County’s Citizen Access Portal. Plan reviewers will also save time through collaboration, making comments and markups on the same document at the same time. Additionally, reviewers will be able manage electronic comments and create corrections reports with the press of a button, providing quicker turnaround times to clients. This end to end solution will enable community members to apply for building permits and upload plan sets online, and allow the county to perform plan reviews without printing a sheet of paper.
