The City of Maricopa, AZ has chosen e-PlanCheck® online plan review software for its plan check needs. e-PlanCheck will be incorporated with Paladin Data System’s SMARTGov permitting software and Public Portal. Together, these products will enable citizens to conveniently submit permit applications and PDF documents online for plan check from the comfort of their own home, 24-hours-a-day / 7-days-a-week. This will help applicants reduce their ‘time on the road’ as well as save on gasoline and printing costs.

In conjunction with Paladin’s services, the City will integrate e-PlanCheck for their departments’ plan review needs. With this end-to-end solution, the City of Maricopa, AZ will have the ability to conduct concurrent, multi-departmental plan reviews and help reduce plan check turnaround times for their customers.

e-Plan is working with Robert Mathias, Chief Building Official of the City of Maricopa and an industry leader in the area of implementing electronic plan review to fully integrate e-PlanCheck’s services within his city. Robert has previous helped other cities convert to 100% paperless plan review processes and in 2012 he won the Technology Official honors from the Oregon Building Officials Association.
